For eight years, we've been quietly doing something most people in Colorado Springs never knew about.

We funded free fitness for veterans who couldn't afford it. No press release. No fanfare. No big announcement. We just did it.

We called it the Hero Health Project — though honestly, for a long time it didn't even have a name. It was just something that felt right. Veterans come home and so many of them lose access to the training, the structure, and the community that fitness gives you. So we covered it ourselves, out of our own pocket, and partnered with Mount Carmel Veterans Service Center to reach the veterans who needed it most.

It's always been local. It's always been personal. But the vision has always been bigger than Colorado Springs.

Now we're taking the next step: turning the Hero Health Project into a nonprofit. The goal isn't just to keep doing what we've done here — it's to build a model we can take to every city we can reach.

Eight years of quiet work is the foundation. What comes next is the part we're most excited about.
